Bas passed away on June 20, 2004.

Holland.

second bitch. She had 4 Joe Batt's Arm litters and is now living near Amsterdam.

and is now living in the north of Holland.

Artie (Arthur, King of Joe Batt's Arm), son
of Bas, was too much of a softie to be a pack leader. He sired one Joe
Batt's Arm litter and is now living in the north of Holland.

Dublin
(Dublin Star of Joe Batt's Arm), only son of Grace and Guinness (Stormley
MacKintosh), proved to be sterile and is now living in the south of Holland.

Joe (Penny Royal's
Joe Batt), produced Joe Batt's Arm G-litter and is now living in the south
of Holland.

Oliver (Mardas
Midnight Black), my prime stud dog, my pride and joy. He is retired and
lives in the north of Holland.

Wild Irish Rose), daughter of Carromer Sugar Almond and Rocheby Royal Marine,
had 3 Joe Batt's Arm litters and now lives near Amsterdam.

Sandy (CH French
Vanila A Lot To B Tnkful For), imported from the USA, is the most impressive
bitch I ever had. Such a great alpha bitch, such a great and sweet personality!
She produced 2 Joe Batt's Arm litters. She passed away on 27th April, 2011.

Angie (Ballykissangel of Joe Batt's Arm), daughter
of Naomi and Toplicht Miracle's MacMilan, didn't produce any Joe Batt's
Arm litters. She now lives in the north of Holland.

produced 3 Joe Batt's Arm litters and is now living in the south of Holland.

problems, so she never produced any litters. She now lives near Utrecht.

and now lives near Amsterdam.

Coffee (Irish Coffee of Joe Batt's Arm), daughter of Grace and Rocheby
Royal Marine, didn't produce any litters and is now living in the north
of Holland.

Joyce (Crabyrne's Golden Moment), daughter of
Naiken Kris and Crabyrne Dazzled, was born on May 11, 2004. She died
on April 22, 2005 in a car accident.

Black), is the prototype of the Labrador bitch I wish to breed. She now
lives near Amsterdam.

Black), produced 3 Joe Batt's Arm litters and is living in the north of
Holland.

Murphy (Kid
Creole of Joe Batt's Arm), son of Sandy (CH French Vanila A Lot To B Tnkful
For) and Oliver (Mardas Midnight Black), had a minor eye problem, so he
couldn't be used as a stud dog. He now lives in Amsterdam and Friesland,
with his buddy Marcy.

Defender of Joe Batt's Arm), son of Grace and Oliver (Mardas Midnight Black).
Huge boy. Sadly his hips weren't good enough to use him as a stud dog.
He now lives near Amsterdam.

of Tiffi and Oliver (Mardas Midnight Black), left, here with his half-brother

Freddy (Fogel
Hlara Valleyfield Montague) is such a joyful boy! He produced 4 Joe Batt's
Arm litters so far, and many external litters. He is still in production
and lives in the south of Holland. He is qualified for Crufts 2009.

Bisous (Belle
Epoque des Terres Sacrées), produced 1 Joe Batt's Arm litter and
is still in production.

Spice (Private
Dancer of Joe Batt's Arm), daughter of Shona (Farbourne's Wild Irish Rose)
and Oliver (Mardas Midnight Black), didn't produce any litters and is now
living in the south of Holland.

Sugar (Pandora's
Box of Joe Batt's Arm), daughter of Shona (Farbourne's Wild Irish Rose)
and Oliver (Mardas Midnight Black), produced 2 Joe Batt's Arm litters and
is now living near The Hague. She is my favourite bitch.

NOTE:
These are actually
not "Labs of the Past", because most of them are alive and kicking, living
a great life with their new families. They are the Labs of MY past,
because I needed a break for a while and had to think of a future for my
kennel Joe Batt's Arm.
Together these dogs
produced hundreds of wonderful, healthy Labrador puppies, which brought
and bring joy in the lives of hundreds of wonderful families. These Labradors
were part of my life for many years. I thank them for the pleasure they
gave me. I wish them many more happy years with their new families.

Today that future
seems bright, and I will carry on with the kennel Joe Batt's Arm, but in
a different way -- with just a couple of Labradors, in England, France
and Holland, and carefully linebreeding back to Foulby Tittle Tattle and
Carromer's Charlie Chalk.
